Description
This article explains the dispute resolution process of conciliation. All labour disputes are required to be conciliated in terms of the LRA. The article explains to persons what they need to do in a conciliation. It is written for those who either have referred a dispute to the CCMA or council or have been ‘summoned’ to attend a conciliation at the CCMA or bargaining council.
