LLA 800 DISMISSAL ON THE GROUND OF POOR PERFORMANCE

The law is explained from the perspective of 

• the employer -how to present your case, what evidence do you need, and
• the employee -how to defend or respond to allegations of poor performance and 
• the chair or arbitrator, how to asses the evidence and make a fair finding or award.
